Mr. Ibrar Bashir has professional working experience of over 26 years in diversified business sectors including Steel Industry, Capital Markets, Telecom, Construction, poultry industry and Hospitality industry where he served in intercontinental Hotel Group Middle east as a chief accountant and training Manager. He has served in different capacities, leading to senior management level roles including as Chief Financial officer, Company Secretary, General Manager, Head of department, Head of Division(s) and Head of various independent projects. Mr. Bashir has a successful track record and he is considered a dedicated professional who is detail and target oriented. He has expertise in policy making, re-structuring, managing large teams and ensuring timely deliveries. He joined JSK Securities Ltd in 2008 and served in capacities of Senior Manager and Head of Operations where he was responsible for trading & broker dealer’s affairs, customer services, portfolio management, Investors relations, dispute resolutions and claim settlements. He has been involved in liaising with Govt. Agencies including SECP and FBR.
Presently he is serving as head Finance and compliance in capacity of Chief Compliance Officer and Chief financial Officer. He holds degree in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and multiple certifications in various business disciplines and has completed his inter Level from Institute of Cost and Management accounts of Pakistan.
